PLOT: ACT I: For peace, was no more.

[Koshi]

Koshi the Great

Everything was happening so fast, Koshi was enthralled by the fact that so many Pokemon were coming together to fight for their town. He watched as everyone attacked using their own powers and strengths, even Julia and Maximus had arrived to fight this dragon. When Druddigon made an Earthquake with his giant roars and stomps Koshi couldn't help but fly back and watch out, watching all the Pokemon from the guild and the town got sent back but no one gave up.

Then the second wave of attacks came in and this was were Maximus did the unthinkable, he bite the dragons wing, but unfortunately the bone head didn't let go and there it was. The eyes of the rampaging Pokemon went red and the next thing Koshi knew, Maximus was down on the ground. "MAXIMUS!" The small pidgey shouted as he flapped his wings hard flying towards the dinosaur that was now lying on the ground, seeing that he was not dead but had just fainted from the battle he was put at ease.

He had also seen Julia finally use an impressive attack with her Metronome, the jet of water firing at the beast made Koshi nod to her... "For Maximus." He said softly as he flew back towards her but before she could stop him he flew straight up, doing a loop in the air his body turned blue. "YOU'RE MINE!" He shouted as the blue fiery body of the Pidgey flew towards Druddigon and collided with him head on, the pain from the recoil plus his rough skin caused Koshi to cry out in pain.

[Julia]

When a sudden spray of water exploded from her Metronome, nobody was more surprised by the power behind it than Julia. Only sheer stubbornness kept her from falling over at the unexpectedness of it. "HA, IT'S FINALLY USEFUL FOR ONCE!" she crowed victoriously. Of course a moment after she yelled that, the geyser of water ran out. She could see that, while it did seem to do damage, it wasn't nearly as useful as those two ice pokemon.

Julia sighed a little in disgust. She really was useless, wasn't she? If she wasn't blowing herself up she was making the enemy mad. She was just about to use another growl attack when she saw something that made her heart stop. The Druddigon glowed an angry red and snatched up the nearest pokemon to it- which, of course, was Maximus. The Tyrunt was swung about like a child's rag doll and dropped on the ground, where he was unmoving. "MAX, NO!" she cried out.

She started running to him, but Koshi got there first. Julia stopped and waited with baited breath for a signal that Max wasn't dead. The Pidgey didn't spend much time by Maximus before flying toward her, but his expression was unreadable. He hovered just over her and said softly, "For Maximus."

Her heart broke. Did that mean Max was dead? The lovable oaf that had only wanted to do his best and be the greatest explorer ever? Was his adventure over when it had barely just begun? Koshi did a loop over her head before she could stop him and charged straight at the Druddigon, glowing the bright blue of his signature attack. "YOU'RE MINE!" "KOSHI NO DON'T!" she screamed at him.

The following explosion made her shield her eyes. When she looked around for her partner, she couldn't see him, and something inside of her broke. Max was dead, and now Koshi might be too. What kind of explorer was she when she couldn't even protect her friends?! Julia gave a hard stare straight at Druddigon. It was all that thing's fault. She'd make it pay, even if she died doing it.

Julia started her Metronome attack for the second time in a row. All she could thing was, 'Rip, tear, stab, HURT.' over and over again. The chance for mercy was past.

Speaks to Koshi about Maximus

[Aloise]

Oh... oh my god. This wasn't good.

The Druddigon, fueled by whatever supernatural rage was consuming it, hardly looked the worse for wear despite the relentless battering it was receiving. All around it, Pokemon--some she'd recognized as explorers from the Guild--were attacking, doing their best to batter the beast back, but to no avail. The Druddigon had even knocked out a particularly sprightly-looking Tyrunt in one clean hit. If this continued on, Andalusst would be destroyed.

That was honestly the last thing Aloise wanted. She cared little for the greater good and even less for the town's citizens, but this place was her headquarters; her base of operations. This was where she made her living. If the town got destroyed, she'd have no place to go. Life would be absolutely miserable.

And honestly, Aloise wasn't about to submit to such a fate.

After a moment's hesitation, the Cottonee drifted out into the open. A twist in her gut almost convinced her to turn tail and flee, but she held her position, hoping against hope that she'd come out of this alive. "Everyone in this damn town owes me," she muttered. "Here goes nothing."

Keeping her distance from the heart of the battle, Aloise took a deep breath and concentrated. Before long, tears started to prickle in the corner of her eyes; they soon became small rivulets as they trailed down her face and soaked into her cotton. Then she opened her mouth and emitted a high-pitched wail. Hopefully the distraction would give the main attackers enough of an opening to really do some damage.

Hopefully she'd still be alive after a few seconds.

ALOISE used FAKE TEARS!

[Maximus]

Oh. Uh. Wow. What just happened?

One moment, Maximus had been latched to the Druddigon's wings, hanging on for dear life. The next... the next? What had happened next?

The world was sideways, and far up. The shapes of the other Pokemon, fighting for their lives, were ill-defined; blurry. Max could barely make out the Druddigon's face splitting in a roar, but all he could hear was the ringing in his ears. He was vaguely aware of the taste of blood. Had he bitten his tongue?

It took some time for him to realize that he was lying on the ground, flung far away from the spot where the Druddigon stood. He tried to get up, but couldn't; his limbs were impossibly heavy, and with each passing second he could feel himself slipping into unconsciousness.

"Is... is this it, then?"

His voice was barely above a whisper. He wasn't even sure if he was even speaking in the first place, or just silently moving his lips. "I... I gave it my all. Mom, dad, you would be proud. Your son... did good. He fought as hard as he could to... to protect the innocent... and preserve the peace... I sure did it."

His vision darkened. "My only regret... is that I didn't get to see this through to the end. But that's okay. My teammates, my friends... and all the people of Andalusst... are working together. They'll save the world with the power of their friendship. I just know it." He chuckled, or maybe he just exhaled a few times. He couldn't tell. "And I did my part. Now... the rest is up to you... Stay strong, my friends... Stay alive."

A single moment of clarity suddenly fell on Maximus, and his eyes and ears sharpened just in time to see and hear a certain Pidgey use his Brave Bird attack.

"...Damn it, Koshi..."

MAXIMUS fainted!

Level 6 / Synchronize / Growl, Confusion, Confuse Ray, Double Team

Nix gave a soft sigh, watching the other pokemo fight and feeling her sides ache. It was then she heard the voice of her freind and she turned her head, watching the shinx dive past her and in to the battle and something shifted in the ralts's chest. She didnt like to see pokemon hurting and the eevee now was going off on some rant about how they should save this thing and keep it safe but all nix could see was her freind being batted away like some bug type and it sent range burning through her body.

The pokemon moved forwards, trying not to turn and snap at the eevee once more as she spoke some more about her own issues and nix felt her hands curl. Everyone lost people, even if this thing didnt have control then it needed to be put down. Heck if it fainted they could just keep it sedated, hadnt anyone thought of that! It was then she watched the dragon typr reach out and grab some pokemon she didnt know, throwing him around like he was some rag doll before the pokemon was dropped to the ground limp. Nix frowned, her eyes worried as she watched before she gave another soft growl. She couldnt hit it well, the pokemon was confused so there was every chance it could hit itself and not the pokemon fightihng so weakening it was going to be better now.

[Olaf]

With every thud the Tyrunt made as it connected to the floor, Olaf winced and flinched. He thud hated thud violence thud so much! Finally the dinosaur was dropped to the floor, where it remained. Either it was knocked out or... Olaf shuddered at what the other option was and turned back to the Druddigon.

There was a scream from a young Togepi after a Pidgey- they were possibly on an exploration team together- and then an explosion. Olaf was unfamiliar with whatever move the Pidgey had used, but it was obviously a very powerful one. Likely not enough to take out the Druddigon.

That Sneasal's Ice Punch seemed to be the most effective move right now. Even more than Olaf's own ice attack. So maybe he should help with that instead using his own measly attack? Olaf's hesitated and took further stock of the situation when a thin, pitiful sounding wail made him look around. Was some defenseless pokemon in need of help?

Instead of finding someone who needed help, he saw Aloise the Cottonee using Fake Tears. He'd seen enough fake tears from his siblings growing up, even if it wasn't the move, to know what real crying looked like. What did Fake Tears do again? ... It lowered special defense! Perfect! Olaf felt far more confident now when he turned back to Druddigon and once again released a Powder Snow, aiming for it's eyes.

Olaf used Powder Snow and aimed for Druddigon's eyes!

[Cloud]

A normal Pokemon would be freaking out that they were flying through the air if they weren’t a flying type. Then again, a normal Pokemon wouldn’t be trying to fight this thing in the first place. Cloud, however, was not a normal Pokemon. He was so oblivious to the fact that he was one with the sky that he didn’t even realize that he had been sent there in the first place until he landed hard against the ground. ”Ow…” the sleepy Sandile mumbled as he got up, ”That kinda hurt…”

As he made his way back to the Druddigon, one would have to wonder what went through his mind after having done almost the same thing twice and getting the same result both times. There was no way he’d try the same thing a third time and hope to get a different result, right? Well, that was exactly his plan. The reptile simply walked up to the fog riddled beast and repeated his action, slamming his electrified jaw against him once more.

[Selena]

For peace, was no more Selena Used Scratch  As she watched the Tyrunt get beat into unconsciousness, Selena couldn’t help but feel a sense of undeniable dread wash over her. It was bound to happen to one of them. That much was clear when they began to fight this fearsome foe. Why was she even fighting this thing? She only cared much for herself anyway. It wasn’t like she would be of any help to preserve the “peace and harmony” that they oh so desire after they took down this foe. If they took down this foe. And yet, here she was. Risking her very life with these goody two shoes as if she was one of them. Then it dawned on her. If that...thing destroyed the town, then her only option was the fog. Selena didn’t think that it would be a very fun place to live, considering that she’d be a mindless animal that wouldn’t even know the concept of having fun. With a sigh, the feline steeled herself. Then she had done the stupidest thing she had ever done in her life; she charged the Druddigon and scratched at it with all her might. She knew that she wouldn’t do much, but any damage to this thing would be extremely helpful to their cause.

[Kaslin]

A Beacon Bully

Kaslin had completely lost it, it was as if he had fallen asleep and another power had taken over his body. His teeth grit together as he sneered at the beast before him, "I'm not falling." He said softly as the earthquake hit and even though he talked tough, he lost his balance and began bouncing hitting into some walls and anything around him. Feeling the pain he stood back up, breathing heavily but continued, it seemed as though more and more of the little Swinub was gone and this other entity had taken over.

His body began to glow white once again and rocks began to rise around him as he glared up at the beast, other Pokemon were starting to fall and attack with all their power and now. So was he, he shot the rocks at the beast and watched with a smirk, "Die."

Kaslin used Ancient Power

Well that didn't seem to do much. From her spot on the building she could see the dragon rampage around town. Alice wondered why that pokémon was actually doing this? Attacking a village alone and in such manner didn't really made sense in whatever way she tried to think of. Then again it did seemed like it was angry beyond reason. Maybe if they could calm him down a bit. There was no way she was getting near that thing though, he could squash her without even noticing her. Now if thunder wave didn't work and she wasn't going to get in close there was only one thing that she could do otherwise.

In concentration Alice fired a large spiderweb in an attempt to stop the rampaging giant into it's steps. Alice kept shooting for a long while even after it should have stopped him just to be sure. If they could immobilize and capture him maybe they could find out what happened to him. Would be better than having to kill him, but maybe there was no other way. Anyway she refused to give up without trying. If it was possible to help this poor pokémon she would definitely do so. She just hoped the others kept wearing him down so he couldn't destroy her webs.

[Roamer]

Roamer watched in horror as the poor Tyrunt was flung back and forth, the Druddigon not leaving him the chance to recover at all. The Charmander shook with fear and took a step back when Maximus finally dropped to the ground- unconscious. He wanted to go over there, he really did- but it looked like a Pidgey and a Togepi already tended to the fallen hero. Roamer looked grim for a moment, which was completely out of character. But then again, he had a good reason to feel that way.
A pokémon just got thrown around like a toy, and that pokémon could have been him.. or any other pokémon out there.

The Charmander looked at Vanitas, who went in for another round to strike the Druddigon with another Ice Punch.
Roamer looked down at his paws, he knew that he was injured already.. and Ember didn't really do much to the Druddigon.
This wasn't the time to be a coward.
That Tyrunt just took a beating without a second thought, if he could do it- Roamer could do it too.

The Charmander charged at the Druddigon, the tip of his tail burning with ambition and power. The flame was growing in size without him knowing.
Roamer triggered his blaze ability! "STOP IT!" He screamed, his claw sizzling with electricity- like it was charging up. Then he struck the Druddigon as hard as his small body could allow.

Usually, Roamer was the one to talk things over, but it was no use. He saw the Eevee try her hardest to break through that thick dragon skull. Talking was useless in this kind of situation.

SOLDIER

Raimo's small frame froze at the sight of the Tyrunt being thrown around like he was nothing but thin air. Did this Druddigon have no feelings at all?
Was his father just like this now? His mom?.. were they.. truly monsters?

The Riolu turned around in hope Kenta would join the battle soon, but knowing his foster family, they were probably still sleeping like a Geodude.
When Raimo looked back, he noticed two pokémon tending to the fallen Tyrunt, and that's when everyone else seemed to wake up, too. They saw someone faint, which probably worsened the situation as they now were one man short.

There was no going around it now, Raimo would have to attack instead of being a coward.
Swiftly, the Riolu began running towards the Druddigon- and then struck him with a Poison Jab. "Take this!" He shouted, before jumping back down.

[Silvain]

The flames receded, eyes lifted to reveal fiery optics, only to blink again in disbelief. Silvain knew he wasn't strong, a support type that should stay behind the bulkier Pokemon, but he still thought he should have done at least some more damage. Brows knitting together, the Houndour looked from side to side, noticing other Pokemon valiantly fighting against such a threat to the town, while he just stood there, barely leaving a scratch on the thing. He frowned and stepped back, eyes lowering for a few moments before snapping back up. Perhaps it was true that he couldn't get as much damage on the Durddigon as some others, but at least he could help with lowering it's defenses!

Eyes flurrying with a wildfire, red began to glow from his optics, a crimson that shone up to the face of Ranulfr. Channeling forth a ill-fitting ferocity that didn't often show in the usually happy and relaxed puppy, he stepped back and took on a stance that seemed as if her were to leap at the dragon-type. Even if he wasn't, it helped with the image, aiding in making it seem as if he were truly a wolf who was stalking it's prey. Even so, as he looked on, the leer soon diminished as he witnessed the flailing of a certain Pokemon, getting knocked around by the rampaging Druddigon. Panic replacing the crimson, Silvain soon leapt from his attack.

"Stop!" he cried, rushing forwards as a body thumped to the ground. Panic and worry painting his face, the puppy rushed over to where he had heard the Tyrunt get slammed down to.  Weaving through the thick of sweating, panicked bodies, he soon found to the limp body of Maximus , eyes flickering with a worry unique to him. He didn't have anything to help the fainted Tyrunt, a crushing realization that weighed on his heart like hail in a hurricane. frowning, Silvain let out a breath before taking a firm step in front of the Tyrunt, glaring at the Druddigon with animosity infecting his body.

Feeling electricity sparkle and click from her maw, she felt the faint rubbing of extremely rough and spiky skin on her fur, a brief distraction. Wrinkling her nose in distaste, claws flicked from her paws and the feline braced them on the body of the Druddingon, in case she was dislodged from her place on his arm. Elysia's eyes flickered with a determined energy, as if she had her own thunderstorm in the deep depths of her eyes.

Frowning, the Shinx's eyes widened as she realized her platform was shaking. Feeling her body being flung every which way, Elysia tried desperately to keep her spot on Ranulfr's arm, only to do so in vain. With one fell swoop, the cat was flung away, her body flailing in the air as she flew from the large Dragon-type to a spot of stone near the massive Regigigas statue. "Oof!" she breathed as she was flung into the stone, leading to pulses of pain in her spine, neck, and torso in general. Raising her gaze, the blue and black feline narrowed her eyes in anger.

Rising to her paws, she rushed forwards once more, feeling electricity begin to spark in her maw with untapped potential. Leaping upwards with extreme ache in her body, she once more engraved her long fangs into the rough surface of Ranulfr. She chomped down with ferocity, hoping desperately that she did not get shaken off once more.

Ranulfr smirked as he read the expressions of his enemies. They looked so.. torn. lost. their hope was slowly drifting away. Finally they would understand that this town was lost- and that Tyrunt was just the beginning.

However.. Domino didn't seem to give up, and zapped Ranulfr. The Druddigon growled, as that thundershock was starting to sting. Yeah, those little pests were finally hurting him. "Ghhhhhhhrrrrr..." His throat emitted a throaty growl, hoping to scare the opposing Pokémon.
He was about to grab the Emolga, coming very close to do so, but she was saved by Vanitas who struck his leg with an Ice Punch. The Druddigon tried to grab the Sneasel now, but his leg wouldn't budge- as it was now frozen.
"RHAAAGHH!!" Ranulfr roared, clawing at his frozen leg- but unable to defrost it this time. Seems like those icing moves from Olaf and Vanitas were starting to take their toll, not only that- but Ranulfr was starting to feel tired, too.

While he was busy trying to free himself out of his frozen prison, Tinair suddenly shot a Hyper Beam! She would certainly have to recharge next turn, as that took quite a bit of power!
Ranulfr, still coated with a red aura- finally broke the ice, angrily stomping towards the Dratini that was now trying to hide.
Who did she thing she was?! Shooting a beam of light at him!? He didn't like light, he wanted darkness!

Whilst trying to capture the worn out Dratini, he was knocked over by a Pidgey that tackled him full on. Koshi used Brave Bird, injuring himself in the process by the impact and rough skin of Ranulfr!

Julia seemed like one of the few pokémon actually emotional by the Tyrunt's loss. However as she moved her stubby arms around again, the Druddigon felt a little odd.
Suddenly he was raised into the sky, the Togepi floating along with him up in the clouds. The fog was visible from that point, and the Druddigon started to struggle at the sight. "Ah- Ah rhagh RHAAGH!" He cried, before he was flung down- the Togepi actually pushing him towards the ground.

When Ranulfr's body connected with the ground, another tremor was launched upon the Town Square, some buildings started to crack- the Togepi's metronome had summoned up a sky drop! Which was.. a little odd since Togepi can't normally fly.

The Druddigon slowly got up, looking okay despite a few scratches and bruises. That attack did deal damage, but not enough for Ranulfr to actually fall down.

When Aloise used fake tears, the Druddigon started feeling a little remorse- if only a little. Oh man he didn't want to make the little Cottonee cry!
His eyes shining with tears and- for about a second- the fog was lifted from his mind.
Carefully, Ranulfr picked up the tiny Cottonee. "I'm- I'm so sorry.." He mumbled with a hoarse voice, completely ignoring @nixnight 's growl that weakened him even more.

However, when Olaf used that Powder Snow on Ranulfr's eyes- the dragon screeched and dropped the Cottonee like it had burned im The Druddigon was blinded, even for a second- and darn that cold hurt!! He could barely feel his limbs.
"SKREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!" Ranulfr roared, as his body was once again coated with that outrage aura. They would pay for that- that snowman would pay for that!

Then Cloud used his Thunder Fang once again, latching onto Ranulfr again. Without a second thought, the Druddigon swung the Sandile off him, and started stomping on the ground- creating more tremors. The act looked more like a spoiled child not getting what he wanted.

Another attack, this time, a scratch from Selena . That didn't hurt as much, and Ranulfr managed to smack the Purrlion away.

Like his life wasn't tough already, another Ancient Power coming from Kaslin . Ranulfr roared, smacking a few rocks away but unable to dodge a few others because alice used her Spider Web to slow him down. The Druddigon struggled to get out of the Joltik's spider web!

If that wasn't enough, Roamer charged right at him with a sizzling Thunder Punch- and MAN did that hurt! Not as much as Vanitas or Olaf's ice moves, but it certainly did something! Ranulfr shook as the electricity was holding him in place!

Ranulfr was then hit by Raimo 's poison jab, and for about a second- the Druddigon saw purple like he was poisoned. But because he was already paralyzed- poison wouldn't take effect.

Silvain was now freaking out because the Tyrunt had been rekt, the pup ended up using leer on Ranulfr. Who snarled at the little puppy, about to attack him until he was caught in @elyisia's Thunder Fang! Ranulfr screamed, but easily shook the electricity off him.

Because of Ranulfr's Rough Skin Ability, the following pokémon receive 1 damage!!

Ranulfr is confused.. Ranulfr snapped out of confusion!
The Druddigon, still coated in a red and violent aura, grabbed the nearest pokémon he could find, just like he had gotten a hold of Maximus.
However, the unfortunate soul that was grabbed now was Selena ! The poor Purrlion was raised up by Ranulfr's claws, and he was about to throw her until.........
