PERSONALITY,
Roamer is a very benevolent and loving pokémon. He has a very big heart, with room enough to love anyone that needs a touch of kindness in their lives.
He is smart, and insightful, never assuming anything before he has the reason to. He is regal at all times, holding himself up proudly and keeping very good care of his appearance, knowing that the way he presents himself is just as important as how he acts.
Whatever the case, he is a cautious Charmander who does not seek to make enemies before friends. His first tactic is always to speak, to find a peaceable solution to any problem. That does not mean, however, he does not know how to defend himself. He is strong in mind and body, and will turn to whatever tactic he must to uphold his beliefs, and protect those he loves.
