Is there an age limit for being an explorer?

It's obvious that it would be unreasonable for any character less than 14 years old to be recruited as an explorer. I've heard it mentioned that the character must be 18+, but there are accepted explorers younger than that. Can we have a character between the age of 14-18 as an explorer?

You should be fine from 14-18 surely. :3

An explorer that's 13 or 14 will have a much harder time being accepted than a 16+ explorer (This is meesh's side account)
