PERSONALITY,
Holly is a no nonsense sort of Noibat. She's serious and devoted to her mission: to Holly, the most important thing is getting her job done: she'll waste her time on personal matters later. She tends to look down a little on those who slack off or are more lax about what they do, unable to understand why there are those who wouldn't be as devoted to their work as she is to hers.
Holly does have a surprising side to her in that she can be quitem therly if she decides she cares about a person and decides that that person isn't taking proper care of themselves. In this case, she'd deploy a sort of 'tough love' technique and pretty much force whoever-it-is to start eating properly, or whatever it is she's decided they're not doing right. Holly's also intensely loyal once she decides she doesn't dislike you (which admittedly does take some time). She can go flat out mama bear on anyone who dares hurt her people.
All in all, Holly's a tough cookie to get used to, with her surly attitude and tendency to not care about your opinion. But she's a loyal friend when it comes down to it, and a good person to have on your side.
