It was with silence and a serious gaze that he walked through the halls of the guild towards the guildmaster's office. He and Roamer had completed their mission, which gave them references of their capeabilities, and which made them decide to form a team. Vanitas of course still had worries about the long-term consequences of this decision, as Roamer would inevitably eclipse him, Van becoming not much more than a burden to him.
He had tried to convince his friend to look for other pokemons with multiple stages of evolution and maybe even mega-evolutions, since they would have similar potential as Roamer. But he refused such thoughts, instead promising that when the day came the Sneasel would be significantly weaker than him that they would undergo serious training. Roamer would become his teacher, while at the moment, that role was Van's. After all, without the Sneasel, Roamer might have never had the courage to do a mission and form a team in the first place. And Vanitas... felt proud of himself and Roamer because of that.
The Sneasel stopped a couple of meters in front of the door, turning around to look Roamer straight in the eyes, his stance and expression relaxing a little. He chuckled breifly and folded his arms. "So... any idea what to call it? I'd say 'Fire & Ice', but... that is cliché as heck. 'Kindred' might be a bit extreme since we are not siblings, and Talon might be a bit too blow-by-blow, hehehe." He asked Roamer with a relaxed tone, he himself dismissing his own suggestions. "Still... something that defines us and inspires hope... that'd be perfect." He suggested, taking the naming process quite seriously.
He wondered if Roamer was as finical about naming their team as Van was. Probably not, but the Sneasel considered it something incredibly important.
