Appearance: Starvolt is a tiny Pichu who wears a pair of goggles on her head which she received from her father. He wore them during his time as a explorer. The goggles mean a lot to Starvolt so she wears them often. Starvolt's right paw is black up to her elbow.
Personality: She can be a very serious pokemon around the right people, such as her family and friends. But usually, Starvolt is a kind Pichu who offers to be a shoulder to cry on.
Starvolt's motherly instincts kick in sometimes as well, causing her to be a little strict around some Pokemon. But when befriended, she is incredibly loyal to those who are willing to give her a chance. She has a bit of difficulty with both making, and maintaining friends, however, she easily bonds with teammates because she has to work with them a lot.
Starvolt loves battling, and she will give it her all when she finds herself in one. While fighting, she is not much of a talker and prefers to 'punch first, ask questions later.' In big crowds, she tends to get a little shy because of the amount of unknown pokemon around her.
