You arrive in a forest with drooping, rotting trees that look as if they're weeping, and even with the sun shining fiercely, the only light that reached the dark floor was minimal and cold. The room is empty except for a ghostly Misdreavus that appeared in front of you, too quickly for you to react. Misdreavus used Psywave! It did 5 damage!Tinair's Health - 15/20 The ghost-type sent a wave of hot, pulsing, psychic energy over you, eyes wide and intense. Soon, it blinked and the attack was over, leaving the enemy to recover from the energy spent. ( Tinair )

[googlefont="Candal"] Far more to me than what you see | A few seconds after she slipped into the dungeon was all she could travel before she was forced to stop, as a beam of pure energy pulsed through her. Instinctively, she shied away from the attack, eyes squinting to see the source of the attack. A misdreavus. Tinair's mouthcurved into a small, cruel, smile, even while the attack continued.
Tinair began moving almost before the attack stopped, drawing in a long, shuddering breath, waiting for the right time to unleash her attack. Perfect. She thought, as she watched the misdreavus fall back. Now was the time to attack.
Darting forward, Tinair exhaled a steady, strong gust of wind. Dragon breath. Designed to blow the target away and perhaps paralyse at the same time. Once all her breath was spend, she darted backwards, not wanting to be in the range for any future attacks. "You chose the wrong person to annoy." She hissed, lingering a little on the s. "I'm here on a mission, move out of my way, or I will do it for you." Her eyes were hard as stone, unyielding and sending a deadly message.

It did 1 point of damage!Misdreavus' Health - 19/20 Despite the mighty breath of wind that was exhaled by the Dratini, the ghostly apparition didn't even seem to move. Closing it's eyes momentarily and bracing against the wind, it rose it's optics once more and gave a smirk, as if it could have understood you and was now gloating over the fact that the attack hardly did anything to it. Misdreavus used Psywave! It did 4 points of damage!Tinair's Health - 11/20 Widening it's crimson eyes, the Pokemon focused itself and sent a pulsing wave of searing psychic energy over Tinair once more, eyes glazing over momentarily as the attack went into full swing. Soon, the Misdreavus blinked and backed away, not willing to be at a close range with the Dratini. ( Tinair ) ]

[googlefont="Candal"] Far more to me than what you see | Coldly observing her opponent, Tinair was surprise that her move had very little effect. She expected something different. Ghost types were tricky and, above all, annoying. "Just get away, will ya?" She snarled, unwilling to waste more time with the misdreavus. She could attack another time. Now, the most important thing was to move fast and get to her objective, wherever that may be. "I have things to do."she wasn't in too much of a hurry, though. Perhaps she could spare some time to teach this annoyance a lesson. Deep in thought, Tinair acted mostly automatically once she sighted the bright purple beam again. Not fast enough to dodge it, though. She bit her lip to prevent another snarl from escaping, and instead forced herself to take another breath. Once she was released from the attack, she rushed in again, exhaling another powerful gust of wind. "You're annoying, and annoyances deserve to be destroyed." she told the misdreavus, almost cheerfully. "Be glad I'm not the sort to make it too painful. Effieciency is more my style." The misdreavus would portably not understand her words, but she could, and would understand the tone. Plus, she was enjoying this. her attack done, Tinair once again leapt back, keeping the corridors and her opponent in her sight, ready to run away if things didn't go her way. Tinair used Dragon Breath! It did 1 point of damage!Misdreavus' Health - 18/20 Indeed, the Misdreavus did not understand the slew of words the Dratini was speaking, but it seemed to grow slightly angered by her tone, if not even a bit more confident. Barely even blown back by the gust of wind, the ghost-type smirked before moving forwards. Misdreavus used Psywave! It did 7 points of damage!Tinair's Health - 4/20 Another wave of hot, purple psychic energy passed over you, this one of much more intensity. The Misdreavus seemed to be focusing especially hard, nearly hard enough to not notice any attack coming it's way. ( Tinair )

[googlefont="Candal"] Far more to me than what you see | Her eyes narrowed, as she bore the attack of her opponent without a complaint, despite its strength, she realized one thing she didn't like.
She wasn't going to win this, was she?
She was not as strong as she entered, and her attacks were doing very little. She didn't like that one bit, but she knew to accept fate when she saw it. The only though she had was damn.
But of course, she wasn't going to go down that easily. If possible, she fully intended to take the enemy down with her. Biting her lips thoughtfully, she flung herself at the misdreavus, taking in a deep breath, intending to knock the misdreavus back a final time. She wasn't sure if it would hurt the dratted annoyance at all, but she could stop it for a while, couldn't she? it was all she could really hope for, the circumstances being as they were. Tinair used Dragon Breath! It did 4 points of damage!Misdreavus' Health - 8/20 The Misdreavus was finally knocked back enough to do some damage, the ghost knocking into the wall and letting out a soft growl of pain. Eyes flickering with malevolence, it started towards you once more, eyes glittering. Misdreavus used Psywave! It did 2 points of damage!Tinair's Health - 10/20 This wave, instead, did much less damage but still hurt nonetheless. It seemed the Misdreavus had been knocked off guard by the more powerful attack. ( Tinair SO! The site we use to calculate damage was messed up; Dragon Breath definitely did more damage. To compensate, I've restored your health by 8!)

[googlefont="Candal"] Far more to me than what you see | Finally, her attacks seemed to do more damage, like it was supposed to. "Stupid ghosts." She muttered, half pleased and half annoyed. She was more sure of herself now, and felt that she could actually get out of this. Perhaps she was being overly pessimistic before.
She braced herself for the attack she could see the misdreavus preparing, but it did not last as long as it did before. Perhaps the ghost-type was tired as well. More than she was, by the looks of things.
She was more confident that she would win now, if not by much. Shooting forwards while inhaling, she exhaled a powerful gust as close to the misdreavus as she dared. Then, she coiled around to the other side of her opponent, wanting to see what it would do next. Sundance || -- words || notes: no problem! |

Tinair used Dragon Breath! It did 4 points of damage!Misdreavus' Health - 4/20 The Misdreavus tried to struggled against the wind, only to fail and be flipped backwards. Frowning in pain, it looked up once more, eyes lit up by an ethereal white light as it prepared an attack. Misdreavus used Psywave! It did 5 points of damage!Tinair's Health - 5/20 This wave seemed to affected by the sudden determination of the ghost, a hot wave of energy passing over you as it's eyes glowed with a faint, alabaster light. [googlefont="Candal"] Far more to me than what you see | Just as Tin thought she was going to win, The Misdreavus shot a harder beam of whatever-it-was at tinair. "oh, you little annoying..." She trailed off, not wanting to be distracted from the task on hand. Sucking in a deep breath, she blew at the misdreavus again, and blew hard. Her opponent was definitely weakening, and Tinair dared not stop her attacks. If she did, she had a feeling that she would not like the results. |

Tinair used Dragon Breath! It did 4 points of damage!Misdreavus' Health - 0/20 Before the Misdreavus' eyes could even return to a natural color, it was hit by a gust of Tinair's breath, knocking it into a tangle of thistles further behind. It fell limp in the clutches of the thorns, eyes glazing over as the fog whisked it's body away. Tinair earned 84 exp points!( Tinair )

I know what you don't know Taking a short breath when the misdreavus collapsed, Tinair allowed herself a small smile. Was she being vain? probably, but there was no reason for her to not to. The fight had left her breathless, but she had won, in any case. All she needed now was a rest, before continuing, but did she have the time?
No, better not to risk it. Shaing off her fatigue, Tin continued through the dungeoun, heading to her left. She had better be quick. Once she was on the next floor, perhaps she would take a small rest, but not now, while she felt so confident in herself. You walk down a short path after the lengthy battle, eventually coming upon a room with the stone visage of stairs in the corner. The only other thing in the room is the Hoppip that flaps it's stems uncertainly, staring at you with a wide gaze. It has about the same speed as you, but if you put on a burst of speed, you can get in the first strike.

I know what you don't know The first thing Tinair saw when she entered the new room was the hoppip, and for a moment, she tensed, expecting another fight. Then, she spotted the stairs. The effect the sight of those stairs had on the dratini was quite visible. She wasn't in this dungeon to fight, but to find that gummi.
"You don't harm me, and I won't need to hurt you." Tinair promised, as she slid towards the stairs. She hoped the gummi was somewhere nearby, so she wouldn't have too long to go. She was only in it to earn some quick cash, after all, not to rid dungeons of whatever lay inside them. That was the meddlesome explorers' job. You walk down the stairs with no incident, the Hoppip staring at your back with a dumb-founded expression. As you walk down and step onto the springy grass, you notice that the sky is still there, despite having gone down. The stairs disappear behind you and you're left in a large room with only yourself for company.
