PERSONALITY,
Now Illumine is a rather...cruel natured individual and maybe that comes naturally because he's a ghost type but mostly it's probably because that's simply who he's always been. He is childish in his ways, always pulling pranks and phasing in and out of sight in order to constantly keep others on their toes because he absolutely loathes the idea of being someone who is predictable in any way. Illumine does whatever he wants to do, whenever and typically it is without much care in what anyone thinks-their opinions haven't mattered to him in ages so why start that up again? He's old enough to start acting more like what someone would consider an 'adult' but he considers being mature to be way too dull and he has much more fun living his life(I hope you see the irony in a ghost type living life) the way he wants to...which usually ends up harming or putting a lot of annoyance on others.
His pranks usually aren't meant to be completely harmful, the goal is typically to cause a little distress and for him to take some personal enjoyment out of causing someone minor suffering so he isn't completely mean, in fact he has an obvious nice side if you get to know him but because of all the trouble he likes to cause he gets known mostly for being someone you shouldn't trust nor get close to. Friends are few and far between, he is social but in all the wrong ways and so no one usually enjoys being subjected to his torments. If he does become friends with someone expect him to not really change at all, he will still pull pranks on them and most likely get on their nerves but he will be there if they need him, doing his best to be supportive in his own messed up way.
There is a dark side to Illumine that is not all fun, games, and stupid pranks, he's an outlaw for a reason and therefore it should not be taken lightly when said that he can be quite dangerous. A cute face, especially for a ghost type, is not something to judge as his species is known for their dark history and abilities, it seems to be something he can revert to. Angering this little candle would be a mistake.
