PERSONALITY,
Despite being what is considered a teenager age-wise, Paliki could easily be mistaken for a young child. They are full of cheer, can often be seen leaping from high places energetically, and perching in odd places. They don't really mind if others think them strange; they are far too busy having a great time.
With that being said, one of Paliki's favorite pastimes is exploring. They love to see new places, and while they can't enter mystery dungeons, Paliki can often be seen leaping from rooftop to rooftop, climbing trees, and exploring various tucked-away places for secrets. Despite not being of age, Paliki certainly has the curiosity of an explorer.
In contrast, Paliki is also quite the bookworm. They love to find new stories, and will find a cozy spot to curl up and read for hours if they get the chance.
Paliki isn't antisocial, but isn't the most skilled around others, either. Their naive and quirky nature can be off-putting to some, and they tend to be rather skittish. Paliki enjoys the company of those they trust and care for, but is shy around strangers. Their timid nature makes them nervous when exposed to too many people.
Paliki is a friendly, and quite gentle, soul. They always treat others with kindness (unless given a reason not to), and avoid conflict if they can. Sometimes it is unavoidable, however. When needed, Paliki can fight back quite fiercely, though they don't have much attack power.
Despite their seemingly endless cheer, Paliki can get lonely at times. They never knew their parents (having been permanently separated from them in the rush to escape the fog), so they are actually quite desperate for affection. Paliki loves having friends, and is very devoted to them as well.
Part of their childish nature is their tendency to be naive. While they aren't overly comfortable around strangers, Paliki does believe that everyone has goodness in them, and is quick to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, their hope leaves them vulnerable to manipulation.
