PERSONALITY/History,
All Katey's life she has been a jolly person. She never let the darkness outside into her and smiles all the time, even to all customers at her diner. Why, you ask?
Katey's father died when she was ten. A few months before that, her father told Katey: "No matter what, don't let the darkness in. Every one moment lost to be sad, to being scared, to being angry, is another moment of happiness gone. "
Her father's death was most definitely hard on Katey, and she found it very hard and frustrating trying to take his advice. But after a month or so, Katey realized what her dad would have wanted. And her dad would have wanted her to be happy, he would have said that Katey had wasted a whole month already.
From that point on, Katey was not very upset. Katey was a very jolly and happy Pokemon. Katey shared the word of her dad when her friends were being picked on by bullies. Katey gave them the advice she had recieved from her father, and soon the Pokemon bullies stopped messing with her friends. Katey loved her dad for making her life so much better, although sometimes at night she would still waste time crying about him every month or so.
But when Katey became an adult finally, she wanted to make other people's lives happier. Wanted to make the moment of every other child's time with their parents even better. Because time flies when you don't spend it wisely. She also decided that there could be a small bar section for more business and for adults, in the diner.
Katey loves being around kids and loves playing with them, as well as seeing them happy. Katey's only goal-to make other people's lives happier. It was the least she could do for them.
