PERSONALITY,
Kolt was always a trouble maker, from when he was a little kid to now he has always used who he is to make things rough for others. His parents both being outlaws and raising him to do whatever he wanted, Kolt was never seriously taught that his actions have repercussions. As he grew older his parents both ended up being caught for all their crimes and the things they had done in their lives. Kolt was luck enough to escape into the sewers and ended up living alone, luckily his parents had taught him how to live with no money and how stealing and fighting was the easiest way to go about life.
His new view on the world was that he lived for himself, lived for those with the same ideals as himself and the memories of his parents and their lives as Outlaws caused him to believe that he should find a group. A group of people to help him along the way and with bigger groups they'd be able to do bigger ventures which results in so much more bountiful goodness.
He's never been a tactician and has often used his Poison Gas and strength to his advantage instead of thinking up a plan to get through things the more stealthy route.
His hard hardheadedness and want to go head first into things doesn't just apply to his life as an outlaw but also in his love life. Kolt is very open when he has feelings for someone and if they are cute he will follow them and do anything for them and not care if he is just used as a tool.
