There should be treasure there! - Dungeon Thread

[Sundance]

As you step into the dungeon, the soft feeling of long grass prickles at your legs, brushing and waving against you as the wsoft, gentle breezes brush the high brush. Thickly clumped bushes make up your surrounding, rather large room. Through the grass you spot a few Pokedollars lying abandoned in the grass, and further ahead of those an odd tile with an arrow painted on. Another quick look reveals the glowing eyes of a Wurmple in the grass, which was inching itself towards you, seeming to be looking for a fight.

Lenny looked around the first floor of the dungeon, sure he didn't have much clue on what to expect but it must've been simple, the are wasn't too big and it was E grade. A great starting off point Lenny thought. He looked around the room, he saw some money lying around. Definitely something to pick up, but there was a priority problem first. The angry wurmple that seemed ready to jump out at him at any moment, but Lenny wasn't going to have it, he would try to do the first move.

Lenny uses astonish

Wurmple Health - 12/18

The Wurmple reeled back in pain, but soon came back up to Lenny, a fierce determination it's wide eyes. Wiggling up to Lenny, it let out a small cry and attacked.

Wurmple used tackle! Golett was unaffected!

The wurmple merely bounced off of the Golett, it's tackle doing nothing to penetrate the hardy pokemon.

[Lenny]

Lenny stood his ground as he saw Wurmple try and attack him, Lenny took not much notice to the attack aimed at him.

"Those moves will not work on me. I would advise moves that have a different type alignment." He said nonchalantly to the wurmple before getting ready to use his next move

Lenny uses Pound

Wurmple Health - 6/18

The opposing Pokemon seemed confused by Lenny's words, as if it were a feral animal who couldn't speak the other's language. It seemed nearly too distracted by what the Golett said that it barely noticed Lenny moving in to pound it. It reeled back, falling backwards for only a moment before jumping back up again.

Wurmple used tackle! Golett was unaffected!

The small bug pokemon bounced off of Lenny once more, not understanding that it's moves were not doing anything.

[Lenny]

Not quite understanding why the Wurmple was ignoring it's advice and still seemed so adamant to continue fighting, Lenny prepared to launch another attack

Wurmple Health - 0/18

At this point, the Wurmple was now down and didn't return to fight. As soon as it was it, it fell into the long grass and disappeared in a puff of smoke. Congrats, you won your first battle!

Lenny gained 30 exp points!

[Lenny]

Lenny got no joy or sorrow from what he had just done. He lingered for a small moment before remembering his purpose here and got acquinted with his surroundings again. After spotting the shiny reflective coins on the floor he opted to approach the pokedollars and pick them up. They were always useful for later and there was an item he had his eye on. After picking up the coins and putting in his guild bad before going dow the path at the bottom right

You walked down the right path, this certain path feeling quite right and lucky. It was long, narrow and winding, until you came to a cross roads... But a quick look revealed that no matter which way you went, you would go back to the same place. What a waste of time. You headed back to the original, large room.

Lenny acquired 49 pokedollars!

[Lenny]

The dead end confused Larry, why would anyone make a design flaw like that? It just seemed like it was a design flaw. Though he returned with moral uneffected and learnt to expect things like this from dungers. Larry then made his way down the path at the very bottom of the room.

[Sundance]

You didn't get very far down the tunnel, well, you didn't go anywhere at all, really, before you came face to face with a hissing, antsy Venipede. it's antennae flicked wildly, it's tails swirling in anticipation. It was ready to fight, and even got in the first hit.

Venipede used Rollout! It hit three times! Lenny became poisoned!
Lenny Health - 14/20

The Veniped rolled into a ball and flew at Lenny, not hitting once, but three times. It bounced off of it's body, but the attacks still seemed to do some damage. And, oddly, after they hit, Lenny began to feel rather ill.

Lenny got hurt by poison! It lost 4 points of health!

Lenny was taken by surprise by the attack, though he was still standing after it, but felt strangely ill. He had felt this kind of illness before and knew he had to run before the poison consumed him, he either had to find an item or go to the next floor

You walk down a long path with a Venipede in hot pursuit, although not fast enough to fully catch you. You seem to have lost it as you come into a massive, long room with long grass that goes to your neck. Through the wildflowers you can spot both a sleeping Scatterbug, and, look, the stairs!
