Domino is an incredibly isolated Emolga who rarely associates herself with anyone. Even when they have the same goals as she does, she'd much rather handle tasks on her own. In all honesty, she doesn't like being around other Pokemon. The only interactions she likes is ones where she is in authority, or some kind of control over another. She is not above using her attacks to get whatever it is that she wants. Now whether or not they are effective depends on the attack she uses, obviously. She isn't much of a strategist when it comes to battling, as she normally attacks out of pure emotion, or when someone inflicts pain upon her.
Domino is far from stupid, and is in fact a rather intelligent thinker. But the fact is she isn't much of a fighter. Domino is more than willing to fight, and more than capable of hurting someone, but that hardly means she can win a battle. Because of this, her best strategy would be to run away from her problems rather than battle because she doesn't consider herself very powerful. Domino is still very capable of escaping through the trees, and will fight when absolutely necessary.
She doesn't get along with very many Pokemon, and rarely finds any that she can tolerate, let alone like. She is an outlaw because she hates following any kind of rules, which most Pokemon she comes across abide to. Domino respects those brave enough to be lawbreakers, but even then she has to watch them in case they want what she wants. As an Emolga, she is incapable of flying incredibly well or high. In fact, she is too little to really carry anything that she can't hold in her mouth. She certainly wouldn't be traveling after all of the issues going on around the rest of the world, so this isn't an issue except when she's trying to steal something she can't carry.
The topic of evolution is one that Domino generally tries to avoid. Everyone knows that Emolga can't evolve, but she tries to make up for that short coming even though she knows that she can't, really. Deep down she knows that she's weak and frail like any other Emolga, but Domino likes to talk big and act like she's better than everyone else. Despite her general disinterest in battling, she often calls herself "the strongest" without giving anyone any kind of proof. Domino will also look very hard for flaws in other Pokemon, and over exaggerate them to the point of being a bully. This Emolga enjoys making people suffer if only for the very fact that she herself is unhappy all the time.
Domino isn't the mopey type and is always seen with a smirk, but some Pokemon are capable of seeing that the smirk is hiding something quite darker. In reality, Domino herself is even unaware of all this except that she likes it when Pokemon are in pain. She certainly wasn't always like this but... well she hardly likes talking about it. Not to anyone she knows, and certainly not to anyone she doesn't. Domino doesn't even like retelling it to herself with no one present. Perhaps that is why she is unaware of the reasons why she is the Pokemon she is today. Domino cares so little about her own story that she won't even acknowledge it. As far as this Emolga is concerned, she is bad just because.
