Iron Head 15/15 PP 5 Aiko walked slowly through the town, with his head slouched down. He was talking to himself, but the people who walked by could here the little jibberish coming from the young Cubone.
Mom's still out there...Mommy's just having troubles getting through to the town... Mom'll be here soon... I know it... I know it... But deep down inside, Aiko had a feeling that his mom was not alive, that she really was dead... No... Mom's not dead.. She's still out there, waiting for me to... For me to... For me to find her. She, and dad, and sis are still out there, waiting for me to save them from that big evil monster. The... the... The big evil monster who ate my family....
Aiko sat down on some rocks, and began to cry. The crying was loud; it could be heard from many places allover the town. Some Pokemon got annoyed of it, and some joked around about it. But Aiko did not care... All he wanted was his mom and his sister back. His dad was mean to him, and the rest of his family. But he payed the bills, and sometimes he acted like a nice father. So that was why his mom kept him there. I miss mommy and sissy.... Aiko continues crying for a good 5 minutes before finally coming to a halt, and he lays down to fall asleep, in the out and open. .

// Confron-tation//Poor, poor baby.
Aiko Domino's pride had been wounded majorly. Who did that darn weasel think he was making her feel things she shouldn't? It made Domino angry just thinking about it, but she was almost paralyzed by it. Causing problems for others was almost completely out of the question, because she wouldn't allow her emotions to make a mockery of her again. She needed to think. Domino needed a plan, and she needed get herself under control. The Emolga wrapped her arms around herself, scowling at the thought of having to think too much. Thinking too much would make Domino think about... things she didn't want to. Massaging her arms, Domino placed herself against the wall, and slid to the ground in a sitting position. Digging her paws in her head, she was only brought out of it by crying. Domino looked up slowly and looked around for the source out of curiosity. Seeing the Cubone on the ground sobbing, Domino didn't dare budge. Why get involved? All she could do was try and enjoy it, because she didn't know if she could even do that right now. What was wrong with her?

A diminutive creature stalked about, searching for a poor soul to lead astray. Ryleh was in the mood for something simple today. Something simple like... A crying cubone? Crying so openly and with such bucketfuls of tears meant the poor creature had something to be truly upset about.
The inkay kept hovering about, subtly following the crying pokemon. When finally the little one came to a halt, Ryleh approached, paying attention to appear as if he wandered into the kid by accident. "Oh... what are you crying about?" The concern in his voice, false as it was, sounded as genuine as anything. Were the cubone paying attention, it might have noticed the insincere glint in the inkay's eyes. But who could focus like that trough a wall of tears?

Judy the Kangaskhan, quite frankly, did not have the time or the energy to care.
She was a busy pokemon, you know. Between running her inn, which was also a shop, and raising a son, she barely had time to fit in her fitness regimens in the dojo, let alone sit down and think for a minute. And the pantry was getting dangerously low on fresh groceries, thus Judy had left Scamp in charge of the Kanga Room for a few hours while she went off to run a few errands.
She was only just now getting back home from her errands, pouch now stuffed with all manner of groceries. The fortunes of being a Kangaskhan were upon her, however, as Judy resembled nothing more than your typically plump Kangaskhan mother as she waddled through the Marketplace on her way home. But it was making her tired dammit, and she frankly had no interested in doing anything more than coming home, putting Scamp to bed, and getting some sleep.
So when the wailing ruckus sounded from right outside her inn, Jud marched over with all the indignation of a tired mother. "I won't have any bullies here. Now shoo, scat." she announced, all seven feet of a giant angry pokemon. She loomed over the three unfortunate strangers in her eyesight - inkay, cubone, and emolga - staring down at them sternly. "I won't have any loitering about here either, I run a business of repute. What's this all about?" after a moment more of surveying, she leaned down, going from towering-terrifying beast to...well, slightly less towering...staring down the cubone. "And you're far too young to be out here this close to sunset young fellow."

Aiko could make out two voices and saw three bodies. Aiko did not like the crowd of Pokemon around him, not one bit. But he could hear what they were saying.
The Inkay was the first to speak. It asked Aiko what he was crying about. Then Aiko heard stomping and a giant Pokemon was soon to where they were at. The Pokemon looked like a very kind one, one that maybe he could trust for help. The other two... Well, Aiko could not tell about them.
The big Pokemon said something about bullies and business, but all Aiko could make out was the question of why he was out this late. The big Pokemon had some kind of pouch in his belly. Aiko just wanted to run away from the group, far away... But where would I go? I... I...I am lost....
Aiko looked up at the giant Pokemon again. " I... I... I don't have anywhere to go...." Aiko wanted to run and hide still, but he needed to be brave. These people... Maybe they could help him find his mom, if she was still alive....

// Confron-tation//Well someone's feeling pretty sucky today, aren't they?
Aiko , Ryleh , Judy Domino glanced at the suspicious actions of the Inkay that appeared. She couldn’t quite put her finger on it, but she could tell that nothing good could come out of those seemingly innocent words. Of course, that could just be her normal cynicism talking again. Either way, no way was she going to stick her nose into it. All she knew was that the Cubone’s crying was starting to irk her. It was getting to the point where the spot she picked wasn’t comfortable for her anymore. But, then again, that was the kind of life Domino was used to. No matter where the Emolga went, she couldn’t stay long because she never felt comfortable. Well, except now she had to stay in this town because of the fog, but that was beside the point. Domino’s attention was brought over to an earth shaking stomping heading in their general direction. She could tell that the mother was in quite the sour mood, which was never a good combination with the large size and potential strength that came with it. Domino watched as the giant Pokemon scolded the Inkay, feeling as though it was being a bully, which the Emolga was almost certain that he was. However, she felt that her course harshness towards her was more than uncalled for. What did she have to gain by yelling at Domino? She wasn’t even doing anything. However, the Kangaskhan’s attempt at getting the rebellious ‘loiterer’ to leave only made her want to stay all the more. Domino didn’t feel like getting into an argument, but she did make it very clear to the giant that she was visibly defiant. The Emolga stood up and walked over to a nearby building and sat against a wall where the giant could still clearly see her, and she could still hear what was going on. Domino gave the giant a bit of a weak smirk, but still plenty defiant. As if she was saying, “What are you going to do about it?”

An angered stomping behind, a peeved businessowner. Had someone recognized Ryleh's face? The scuttlefish turned to face the kangashkan's wrath, eyes pointed to the ground and posture nontreathening and passive. Judging by the language used, the innkeeper was just dispersing what she thought to be some random layabouts. This was good, still, it posed a new and dangerous variable Ryleh would have to work around.
To his luck however, an emolga started calling attention to itself, Ryleh didn't know why the rodent felt the need to act so contrarian towards a clearly superior pokemon, but he wasn't going to waste time asking. He had better things to do. It was most probably the kangashkan would be distracted by these charades, if only for a moment. But it was moments like that where an oppurtunist like Ryleh thrived.
"My, really now? nowhere to go?" The inkay hovered around the cubone, one of his two larger tentacles gently laying itself on the crying cubone's shoulder. "Well, perhaps being away from this raging brute of a kangashkan would be a good start? The inkay's tone was subdued. Above whispering, but soft enough that the kangashkan likely wouldn't hear the exact words unless she was paying attention to the conversation. The inkay began moving to leave the scene, he trusted his earlier concern along with the general hostility of the situation would compel the cubone to follow.

Judy's stern lecture, rather than having the intended effect, didn't seem to so much as faze the three hooligans. The cubone looked like it might cry, the emolga tried kicking up a fuss, and the inkay seemed to not even hear her words. Judy gave a small huff, picking up the smallest of the three - the cubone - if allowed and lifting it up to face level as she straightened up, squinting at the little creature.
"Nowhere to go, eh? So we have a runaway or somewhat...well we'll just deal with you in a moment." Judy shifted the little creature to one arm and turned her attentions to the next pokemon - the emolga. The creature in particular had walked across to another building and was leaning on it - ah, a little rebel. Well, as long as it wasn't leaning on her inn anymore, Judy didn't quite care. So she shrugged and shifted her attentions onwards.
The Inkay...she wasn't quite sure what the Inkay was doing. Judy hadn't detected its whispering, so as far as she could tell the creature was just sitting there. Okay then, a simpleton. Judy gave a sigh as she shook her head, deciding to leave it be. Idiots would be idiots, and so long as they weren't messing with her inn, she couldn't quite care.
There was only going so far ignoring instinct, however, and Judy was a mother. She had turned back towards the inn and lumbered three steps to the entrance (Cubone still tucked under one arm unless she protested/struggled) before turning towards whichever pokemon were still behind you.
"Well so long as you're not causing a ruckus you can come in for some tea, but I'll expect you all to be on your best behavior." Judy informed the (to her, anyways) children. "Otherwise, you are welcome to leave or-" she turned her stern gaze towards the emolga. "Loiter over there. But I won't have any ruckus on my establishment."

Aiko listened to the Inkay. Aiko tried to recall what 'brute' meant, but by the time he could figure it out the big Pokemon had lifted the little cubone up, with as light as he was. The arms of the big Pokemon actually felt rather nice, so Aiko did not fuss at all.
Aiko listened to what she said, but once again Aiko found himself stumped on what another word meant. What does loiter even mean? But it did not matter to the little Cubone. In the Judy's arms, he felt slightly more safe than he was before, and that was a good start to getting Cubone where he needed to be.
While they were at the entrance, Aiko imagined how awesome some air conditioning might feel, with all the time he had been outside. Judy's arms were already feeling nice and cool to Cubone, and Aiko actually had a reason to be happy. He wanted to go inside of the inn, and get some air conditioning. The little Cubone knew he should be grateful for the big Pokemon saving him from those other seemingly harmless Pokemon. But then Aiko thought of something... Maybe this Pokemon could help find Aiko's mom, if she is still out there... I know she's out there, mommy has to be out there, she is, she is... She has to be.
This Pokemon seemed strong... Strong enough to help Aiko get stronger... Strong enough to help him find his mom, because he knew she was out there... There was no way they were defeated by that Mightyena.... For some reason, the small Cubone still had hope she was out there. She is, she's gotta be..... She is... As Aiko was in the arm of Judy, his eyes began to tear up again. It was easy to tell something was still upsetting him.

// Confron-tation//Looking for a peace of mind.
Aiko , Ryleh , Judy Domino’s smirk softened in confusion, her eyes blinking slowly at the giant’s sudden proposal. At the very least Domino thought she was going to be dismissive and harsh, what with how rebellious and defiant she was, but never did she even consider the fact that the Kangaskhan would invite Domino in. It brought her deeper into her rut, something that she dreaded. It almost caused her to leave the area as she almost desperately needed to be on her own away from all of this… just this. Despite this, Domino brought herself to her feet and entered the establishment just as the giant offered. Being out and about in this town was giving her a headache, and frankly she needed some peace if she wanted to think through her next step. The last thing she wanted was chaos going about at this very moment. Perhaps tomorrow, but not now. Aside from that, tea seemed like a very good thing at this moment. She remembered always enjoying the calm feeling of a good cup of tea as a kid. Domino had avoided the drink for the longest time only because it brought her too many memories, something that she desperately tried to avoid. Even though tea brought her pleasant memories, with nice memories came the awful ones as well. Domino had so little pleasant memories anyway that it hardly mattered anyway…

An invitation inside, a tone implying ryleh was not being perceived as a threat. The inkay was of half a mind to politely refuse. The kangashkan's earlier demeanor had somewhat insulted Ryleh however, and he felt the need to prove to the innkeeper he wasn't just some half-bit layabout. "An invitation? Why, I would be honored madam." The small pokemon scuttled after the kangashkan. If he wasn't getting anything out of the kid then he could at least score himself a free cup of tea.

Judy nodded at the three's acceptances of her offer. From the look on her face, it seemed as though she wouldn't have accepted any other answer. She lumbered into the inn, pushing the door open for the emolga and inkay with one hand while she kept the cubone tucked under her free arm.
The inn, as always, was a bustle of activity, with pokemon on all sides of the law moving through the place. A smaller Kangaskhan, probably Judy's own child, was at the counter, taking orders. He gave a small wave to Judy as she walked in, glancing almost guiltily at the bulletin board in the corner of the room before going back to taking orders. Judy nodded briskly back before clearing the path towards one of the empty booths, plopping the cubone down at an empty spot and nodding for the other two to sit as well. She wandered off for a few minutes before returning with three steaming mugs of tea, as well as one that smelled strongly of coffee, handing the tea out to her three guests.
And then she too sat, pulling up one of the chairs meant for the bigger pokemon and slowly lowering herself down in her seat, staring down each of the three guests with a calm but stern look on her face. "So" she took a sip from her coffee. "What are all your stories?" she placed her mug down, clearly expecting a good answer from all three.

Aiko was plopped down by the Kanghaskan. He was right, the building felt so much nicer than the hot outdoors Aiko had been at for the last while. Aiko had not enjoyed any shade at all while on his own, the only thing that felt nice outside was when night finally fell to the town.
Aiko liked one thing in this town. That one thing was how the moon looks at night, especially the night it was a full moon. There is not a better view in the whole Pokemon World. It kept Aiko going, knowing that his life could get somewhhere.
Aiko sipped at the tea, and felt amazing. It tasted similar to his mom's tea, but not quite the same... The tea was missing two things. The tea was missing Aiko's mom, and the tea was missing the happiness. Tea always tasted better to Aiko when he was happy, but Aiko was not happy now. A tear fell of his eye when he drank his tea. Then another, and another. Mom...
Aiko had missed the question the Kanghaskan had asked while he was in his stream of thought, but Aiko tried to send those kind of thoughts away. He needed to be happy and grateful right now, because the Kanghaskan just got him out of the heat. But Aiko found it hard to be grateful in a world without his mother.
But Aiko was able to sound out some kind of words to the big and mighty Pokemon, still completely ignoring the other two. It seemed Aiko could trust the big motherly Pokemon much more than the rest of the bunch, and it could've have just been the motherly appearance of it.
"S....s...s....Sank... Sank you....For... for letting me come in." Aiko found it hard to look at the Pokemon, and almost immediately looked back down.

// Confron-tation//Faces! Nothing but Faces!
Aiko , Ryleh , Judy Domino casually entered the building, but felt herself tense up at the bustling activity. Every which way Domino looked there was a Pokemon, each with their own appearance, traits, and agendas that may or may not have been shared with other Pokemon. The Emolga felt her ears fall the tiniest bit, clearly uncomfortable with the sheer amount of Pokemon that were all doing their own thing in the inn. It wouldn’t bug her so much if she knew what their intentions were, but then again, she still wouldn’t like the crowd. The amount of Pokemon there made her wish she could just disappear. Domino really regretted her decision coming into this establishment, but decided to ignore her sudden discomfort to try and keep the other Pokemon she entered the building with from asking. The Emolga hesitated when the giant offered her and the Inkay a seat, allowing the other Pokemon to possibly take his seat by the counter first, but Domino decided to try and sit a couple chairs away from the others while keeping an ear open for what was going on. Domino felt herself tense up all the more when the Cubone started crying. She didn’t care how evil she was, watching a little kid so miserable like this wasn’t exactly comforting. At least, not with how she was feeling at the moment. The little Emolga cupped her paws under her arms and decided not to pay any mind to the Cubone anymore and instead focus on her own issues. Domino nodded at the giant and took a sip of the tea she was given before placing it down and glaring at it. It was perfect, but that was the problem. It was almost TOO perfect. Looking down at her paws, she felt better than she had felt in years. That in and of itself was something Domino couldn’t understand. Sure, it was because of the tea, but she didn’t think she could ever feel better again. Not after… Domino was actually glad the giant asked the question because it brought her out of her own thoughts before she could think about it again. No way was she going to answer the giant’s question, but then again, she didn’t really feel like talking anyway. The Emolga simply took another sip of her tea, vibrating at the unfamiliar sensation, as if she were sick, and avoided eye contact. Domino refused to get personal to these strangers, not now. Not ever.

Ryleh followed in last, he scuttled trough the crowd as he always did, and took a place out of the way of the rest of the table and oriented towards the exit. Their host spoke, asking a question. To Ryleh's slight irritation, no one else answered. He felt obligated to keep the conversation if only so he could steer it in a direction he liked. "I was just passing by and saw this kid crying his eyes out. I felt obligated to ask what was up... Then you came stomping in accusing us all of loitering." The inkay sipped his tea calmly. "No hard feelings about that though, I understand the need to protect your business from problematic individuals."
The inkay looked around, the cubone seemed to be lost in thought about something, that left the emolga. It was clear she was uncomfortable with her current surroundings. "So, miss rodent, what's your story?"
