PERSONALITY,
Ever since she was a child, Cleo was raised around a basis of dignity and respect. She learned, both from her parents and of her own accord, that there is little greater shame than letting yourself stoop low for others. However, mutual respect was also of great importance. Both for the purpose of maintaining alliances and preventing conflict, respect is a vital role of society. Thus, Cleo will tolerate no disrespect from others, and isn't afraid to retaliate as necessary.
Cleo has a certain vanity about her that can deter others from approaching. Rather than fawning over her looks, however, Cleo takes pride in her heritage and her power, as well as her own sense of individuality. She holds herself with grace both casually and in battle, and does not let a slip up or defeat mar her sense of determination.
One of Cleo's more undesirable traits is her tendency to look down upon others, even if she does not intend to. She despises weakness (although agrees that certain occasions of weakness are definitely warranted), and often feels disgusted with the personality traits of others, depending on the Pokémon. However, she does her best to reel these feelings in and show tolerance, because she understands that she can occasionally be considered cruel.
One thing Cleo didn't learn from her parents, however, was the meaning of loyalty. Despite her snide and often critical nature, Cleo is known for rare shows of compassion, and has a surprisingly strong devotion to those who have earned her trust. If nothing else, it can be promised that this Pokémon will never betray you.
